Order Processing and Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All the orders are delivered within 3-7 business days (depending on your location).
Note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times and delivery may be slightly delayed. Please understand and bear with us, we utmost appreciate your patience.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping options to ensure your Cornucopia pieces arrive safely and promptly. We provide Standard Free shipping for orders above 500 INR. And a minimal amount of 99 INR shipping charges for the orders below 500 INR. Shipping charges (if applicable) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How to Track Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 7-8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cornucopiabrand@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
